I still remembered how did I feel when attended “Dr. Tom Pitts”lecture for the first time back then. His bracket positions are so crazy, “Incredibly high”, some Taiwanese doctors sat beside me shook their head to indicate refusal. From then to now anytime when doubted, I love to place the brackets in the higher position than usual . From the diagram, the higher position bracket on upper anterior teeth will introduce the lingual crown torque when full size rectangular wire was engaged. You will get the upright incisor in return.
